1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LanePrep (https://laneprep.com), operated by LeakShield Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service. LeakShield Technologies LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company located at 522 W Riverside Ave #7606, Spokane, WA 99201.

2. Description of Service

LanePrep is an audio-first exam preparation web application for the Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License Exam. The service includes audio lessons, practice quizzes, spaced repetition tools, and study guides.

LanePrep is supplementary study material only. It is not an official pre-licensing course and does not satisfy any state-mandated pre-licensing education requirements. You must complete your required pre-licensing hours through an approved provider separately.

3. Account & Access

Access to LanePrep is granted through a token-based authentication system. When you purchase LanePrep, you receive a unique access token linked to your email address. This token grants you personal, non-transferable access to the service.

• One purchase grants access for one individual user.
• You are responsible for keeping your access token secure.
• Sharing your access token with others is prohibited and may result in revocation of access.

4. Payment & Refunds

LanePrep is available through two pricing options:

• Lifetime Access — a one-time payment of $29.99.
• Monthly Access — a recurring subscription of $14.99 per month, which you may cancel at any time.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your payment card details.

Pass Guarantee: If you do not pass your exam, you retain continued access to all LanePrep content so you can keep studying. No cash refunds are issued. For monthly subscribers, you may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on LanePrep — including but not limited to audio lessons, quiz questions, study guides, scripts, and design elements — is the property of LeakShield Technologies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any LanePrep content without our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable Use

LanePrep is licensed for personal study use only. You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or resell any LanePrep content or access tokens.
• Record, download, or extract audio content beyond what the application provides for offline use.
• Use LanePrep content for commercial purposes, including in competing products or services.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the service.

7. Disclaimers

LanePrep is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• No guarantee of exam passage. While LanePrep is designed to help you prepare, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will pass the Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License Exam.
• Supplementary material only. LanePrep is not a substitute for official pre-licensing education. Exam content and requirements may change; we make reasonable efforts to keep content current but cannot guarantee complete accuracy at all times.
• We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeakShield Technologies LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of LanePrep. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for access to LanePrep.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LanePrep shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of LanePrep after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
